  This spacious second level oceanfront 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo, located at  Puesta del Sol Phase 1 rental condominium in sunny Cozumel, is just a little over a mile north of the town center, next to a marina.  

 
  Enjoy magnificent sunsets and 180 degree view of the ocean from your private balcony, located off the master bedroom and living room.  
  Inside the condo you will find stunning ocean views from almost every room. The living room has two comfortable sofas and an entertainment center. The condo is centrally air conditioned.

 
  Both bedrooms are large, clean and comfortable. The master bedroom, overlooking the emerald blue waters of the Caribbean, has a king size bed and a private bath. The other bedroom has two double beds and access to a bath in the hallway.  
  There is a dining area, breakfast bar and full kitchen where you are welcome to prepare your own meals. As an added option you may wish to take advantage of our cook service.

 
  While staying at this condo you are welcome to use the building facilities, including a private swimming pool with ocean water, barbeque grill, lounge chairs, tables with umbrellas, and ocean access ladder.  
  If you are scuba diver, looking for reliable, reasonably priced operator, we recommend Sea Urchin Dive. The groups are small, the service - professional, friendly and personal.
